Most insider-trading sites give you a headline like “a director bought $2M in shares.” We never get more or better context, like :

Is this normal for this person?

    Were other insiders selling?

    Was the trade pre-planned?

How did similar buys actually turn out?

For example: when a CEO buys their own stock, did buys like that beat the S&P 500 afterwards?

So I built https://www.insiderprint.com/spy-mode. Press it on any insider trade and it checks:

    The SEC filing itself

The filing’s fine print: pre-planned 10b5-1 trades, shares held indirectly, late filings

    The insider’s own trading history

What other insiders did in the last 90 days

    Similar past buys since 2020

How the stock did afterwards against the S&P 500

    The evidence for and against

In my data, only about 46%” (add “over the next 90 days” at the end)

Again the idea is to give more context on each trade based on the history and patterns and how it impacted everytime on the stock value. This is not a financial advice tool :) and it is free :)

There are many interesting tools like Time Machine or same board members have made similar trades at other companies whose boards they sit on.

I’d love to hear what other checks you’d want it to run
