Someone that knows Proxmox, nginx, haproxy, zfs, mysql/mariadb clusters, Cisco (vPC ), all the required components to run an app locally and provide HA.
I know all these myself but I need to offload some of the tasks.
Is this too much or too old of a stack ? Has everyone really moved over to the cloud ?

N.b.: Since then, I've been exploring iOS from a red-team perspective and have found several bugs, in my downtime.
From what I can tell "sysadmin" has largely been replaced by "cloud ops"
That said it is kind of a lot of pieces of complexity you have there. I don't know if it is unreasonable for a full time sysadmin though. I'm not a sysadmin, but as a webdev I can run about half that stack you listed myself. That might be where some of the disconnect is too, a bunch of this stuff has been taken over by other roles instead of a single sysadmin
